How much do those Help Wanted Ads cost you when you are searching for an employee? How much of your time has been wasted with phone calls and interviews of unqualified applicants? ASA MoKan has a solution for those Help Wanted Headaches. A new benefit is being offered to all ASA MoKan members — The ASA MoKan Job Bank.  Interested applicants are asked to call the ASA office and will answer a series of questions. These include: years of experience, education, expertise, ASE certifications, geographical location they want to work in, salary requirements, if they are willing to take a drug/alcohol test, and if they have a valid drivers license. Applicants in the database are already prescreened for you!! Applicants are informed that this information will be placed in a database and given upon request to any ASA members looking for personnel. Any ASA MoKan member, current with their membership dues, will be eligible to use the Job Bank. In addition, ASA MoKan members can post available positions at their shops with the Job Bank. Applicants will be informed of any available positions, including the contact name and number of the ASA MoKan shop.
